By building new headquarters in the ‘Hessenpoort’ industrial area in Zwolle (Netherlands) EMM wants to expand the demand for products in the market and optimise their logistic processes further. The new location covers an area of over one hectare and will supply office space, a modern logistics centre, test and practice rooms, and a knowledge and experience centre. The new headquarters are designed to meet the current standards and are provided with an extremely durable A+++ energy label.
At the construction site, the first contours of the new building are rising. The construction, which started in February 2017, is progressing quickly and on 31st March the construction reached its highest point. An important milestone in the development. The building is expected to be ready for use on 2nd October 2017.

The new headquarters will house new spaces like test labs and practice rooms to invent new solutions. End-users and dealers from all over the world will benefit from this and will be able to work even closer with EMM in developing, testing and producing these new innovations. According to EMM International management, the goal is to provide paint specialists with possibilities to carry out their work in a better, safer, more efficient, enjoyable and innovative way.
